         Scott Sutton

Certified Athletic Trainer

Scott is a 1995 graduate of Indiana State University with a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Athletic Training.  He is a nationally certified and state licensed athletic trainer.

Scott worked for over 18 years at an integrated care center in Indianapolis Indiana heading up the rehabilitation department before moving to Naperville Illinois. He has worked on a wide variety of patients, athletes, and conditions.

Scott enjoys spending time with his 2 boys, exercising, and actively engaging in various sports.  Scott is also a certified paranormal investigator and founder of the Greater Indianapolis Paranormal Society where he has conducted over 30 investigations.

I've been happily married since April of 1995 and I have 2 children. I was very fortunate to be a stay at home mom before the kids started school and once full time school was in session I got a job during the day and began massage school at night. Those were some full and busy days!

I began my journey by researching schools to find the one that would best suit my needs and goals as a professional bodyworker. I was very fortunate to live close to one of the best accredited massage schools in the state.

I graduated from the Wellness and Massage Training Institute in April of 2010. WMTI was a privately run school located in Woodridge, IL from 1989 till 2011.

My knowledge base consists of Deep tissue/sports massage, Hot Stone Massage, Swedish Massage, Kinesiology, Myofascial Release/Range of Motion, Neuromuscular Reprogramming, Meditation, as well as Reflexology. I continue to read and interact with many others in the Therapeutic Massage industry and I learn something new almost every day.

The focus in my sessions is to help patients to get relief from pain, help reduce adhesions from scars or other physical traumas, reduce stress, ease muscle and joint pain, reduce tension and holding patterns, etc.

JOSIE RASMUSSEN, ATC

Josie graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Northern Illinois University. She is nationally certified and licensed in the state of Illinois. Josie grew up in DeKalb, IL where she was a three sport athlete, playing volleyball, basketball, and soccer. A sports injury turned out to be a blessing in disguise as she then went on to study Athletic Training, combing two things she loves to do- sports and helping others.

In her free time, Josie enjoys spending time with her family, shooting hoops, being outdoors, and hanging out with her dog, Oakley, and cat, Jade.
